This small structure serves simply to enclose the mixing desk equipment for the outdoor performance Piazza at South Bank Parklands. Expanding on this humble brief, ark proposed a folded, openable aluminium shell which respects and adds to the existing architectural and public significance of the Piazza building within which it is situated through its own considered materiality and expression.
